Bob and Daphne Balentine began making wine 19 years ago after befriending Lucio Gomiero, the owner of two very successful Italian Wineries in Italy’s Veneto region.
Line Shack Winery was started with the initial concept to make very limited quantities of Wines representing Southern Monterey County varietals.
Their background in production agriculture and the recycling industry enhanced their focus on the environment and sustainability. Their grower partners utilize or are transitioning to sustainable and or bio-dynamic farming practices and striving to minimize our carbon foot print.
Line Shack Winery offers superb, quality wines from the Central Coast of California at exceptional values.
