The first vines were planted in 1928 at the domain. “Amouriers” is ‘provençal’ for the mulberry bushes that were used for silkworm breeding. The vineyard covers an area of 25 ha. A judicious selection of grape varieties enables the maximum exploitation of the quality of the soil that is perfectly adapted to vine cultivation. A rigorous selection of the land parcels, a separate traditional vinification of the different grape varieties, give the Domaine des Amouriers wines their rich and complex aroma and harmonious tannins that an ancestral knowledge deftly conjugates to give birth to a palette of multiple flavors.
