Bella Fortuna is planning a spectacular wine dinner with vintner Enrico Santini who produces wine from a vineyard on Tuscany’s temperate West coast. This incredible dinner is limited to just 50 guests so call now to reserve at 231-944-2400.
Enrico’s vineyard holdings include 17 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Sangiovese and Petit Verdot; a five acre plot of Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc and a 10 acre plot of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
That evening you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a spectacular six-course Tuscan dinner accompanied by delicious wines from Santini’s vineyards including his Campo al Casa, Poggio al Maro, I Montali and Montepergoli Rosso Superiore. Executive Chef Mario Deruda has created a special menu designed to complement the Santini wines.
You’ll also have a chance to talk with Enrico about wine making and he’ll be available after the dinner to chat and sign wine purchases.
