Join us Thursday, November 9th at 6:30 pm to indulge in the second installment of our 2017 Wine Dinner series! It will be a night to remember as we satiate in food, wine and good company. The evening will be hosted by Republic’s own Sous Chef, Chris Demuth, Sean Sutton from Michigan’s Woodberry Wines, and French winemaker Nicolas Hirissou of the family-owned Domaine du Moulin winery, as they bring you five carefully curated French-inspired courses complete with wine pairings.
The evening will start on the second floor of the historic G.A.R. building at 6:30 pm with sparkling wine and mingling as guests arrive and get settled in. We’ll move on to dinner with the first course served at 7 o’clock. The menu will be live shortly. We will accomodate allergies and special dietary restrictions if they are noted with ticket purchase.
