Moris Farms Extra Virgin Olive Oil is exclusively obtained (by mechanical processes) from hand-picked olives from the secular olive trees growing in our olive groves. Collected towards the middle of October, the olives are cold pressed within 24 hours of their harvest. In the autumn our olive oil is a perfect dressing for bruschetta and hot soups. As the months pass, the spicy and strong taste makes room for more fruity and delicate notes, excellent for seasoning every dish.
